Review the checklist on your phone/laptop or tap Print / Save as PDF and choose “Save as PDF” in your browser print dialog.
Tip: Keep a printed copy at the scorer’s table with a spare HDMI adapter and backup mouse.
Hardware & Power
Main laptop/desktop is charged and plugged in
Power adapter is available and connected
External display / TV / projector is connected
HDMI cable and adapter tested
Backup mouse and spare cable available
Software & License
Court Clock opens normally
License is active on the main machine
Teams, period format, and rules are configured
Shot clock (24/14) reset behavior is tested
Scoreboard output view opens correctly
Display & Venue Readiness
Correct input/source selected on the venue screen
Clock and scores are readable from distance
Team names/logos/colors verified
Operator screen is positioned for fast control
Network & Extra Controllers (Optional)
Main device and controllers are on the same network
Host IP address confirmed
Controller devices connect successfully
VPN is disabled on controller devices (if applicable)
Streaming / OBS (Optional)
OBS scene is loaded
Court Clock output is visible in the scene
Live score/foul/timeout updates reflect correctly
Final readability check on stream output
Pre-Tip-Off Final Check
Operator reviewed key controls (start/stop/reset/period)
Timeout and foul buttons tested
Backup plan ready (spare cable / restart workflow)
Everything tested 30–60 minutes before tip-off
